Which provider accounts do I need?
Connect only the providers your workflow uses: Retell for AI calls and AI text conversations, Twilio for standard SMS, and SendGrid for automated email. Your CRM and other connected apps are optional. Providers bill their own usage separately.
Where do I configure my AI agents?
Build and publish your voice or chat agent in Retell, including its prompt, opening message, and structured results. In Tremi, choose the agent version and sender, map inputs, and set the timing, conversation goal, and actions for the workflow. Live AI SMS also requires an approved dedicated sender and workspace activation.
Do I need a developer?
You can build workflows, run simulations, and connect supported app triggers and actions in the Tremi console. You will need to connect your accounts and map the relevant fields. A developer can use the API when your own software should start workflows or receive signed results.
What does Tremi add to Retell?
Retell runs the AI conversation. Tremi coordinates it with later calls, texts, email, and your connected apps. It manages timing and stop conditions, keeps the conversation result with the workflow record, and runs the completion actions you configure.
What does the free trial cover?
The 14-day trial includes 250 shared credits from verified signup. Use them for workflow starts, outreach attempts, and successful connected-app operations. Managed outgoing AI SMS adds 5 credits per message and voice adds 20 credits per connected minute, rounded up to a whole credit. Customer-owned providers bill separately. Simulations use no credits. When time or trial credits run out, you can keep building and simulating; further billable operations require a paid plan.
