1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to the Tremi website, accounts, APIs, free trial, and subscription service. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Tremi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tremi.
If you use Tremi for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. A signed order form, services agreement, or other written agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
2. Service provider
Tremi is operated by Wattson, Inc., referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or "our."
Mailing address: 18117 Biscayne Blvd #66777, Miami, FL 33160
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and use Tremi for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential confidentiality, authorized workspace membership, and activity under your account.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification before changing ownership, billing, or other sensitive workspace settings.
4. Service and license
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Tremi for your internal business purposes while your account remains active.
Tremi compiles customer-configured outbound sequences, coordinates customer-controlled providers, processes configured connected-app triggers, stops, and actions, and returns run state and evidence. We may improve or modify the service, provided we do not materially reduce paid core functionality without reasonable notice.
5. Plans, fees, and cancellation
A free 14-day trial starts at verified signup and includes 250 shared credits. Live operations require remaining trial time and sufficient credits. Unused trial credits expire at the deadline and do not roll into paid allowances. Editing, simulations, and history remain available after expiry or credit exhaustion. A paid plan requires an explicit upgrade; signup requires no card and never converts automatically. Trials do not allow overage. Simulations, waits, skipped attempts, provider callbacks, duplicate or idempotent replays, unsuccessful operations, and Tremi system retries do not consume credits. We may modify or withdraw preview features.
A live workflow start consumes 1 credit. Each outbound voice, SMS, or email attempt consumes 1 credit after the applicable communication provider accepts the attempt. Each successful connected-app trigger, stop, or action consumes 1 credit, except that a stop consumes a credit only when it stops at least one active matching run. A connected-app trigger that starts a workflow therefore consumes 2 credits before any outbound attempts: 1 for the trigger and 1 for the workflow start.
