These communication rates are additional to workflow starts, accepted outreach, and app operations.
Your free trial starts at verified signup with 250 shared credits for 14 days. No credit card or automatic paid conversion. After time or credits run out, you can still edit workflows, run simulations, and review history. Choose a paid plan to continue live use.
A live workflow start or successful app operation uses 1 credit. Outreach uses the rate for your provider option, shown in the usage rates above. Simulations, waits, skipped attempts, failed submissions with no provider usage, and system retries are free. Actual managed usage is charged even if outreach does not reach its goal.
Launch charges $0.025 per additional credit; Growth charges $0.02. Scale follows your agreement. Set a dollar overage limit in Billing to stop new work at your limit. Accepted work settles against reserved credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. The trial has no automatic overage.
Tremi-managed AI calls and text conversations use your shared credits. With your own providers, those providers bill their usage directly and Tremi credits cover workflow activity and accepted outreach. Third-party subscriptions and taxes are separate.
One managed US number per workspace and initial sender registration are included after business review. The number is held for 30 days after trial or paid access ends. Upgrade during the hold to keep it; after release, a replacement may be different.
