Set up Retell
A Retell API key and a published voice or chat agent. AI SMS also needs an SMS-approved number dedicated to AI text conversations.

Connect your Retell account
In Connections, choose Retell and supply a dedicated API key. Tremi checks access before importing your agents and phone numbers.

Choose the agent and number
Add an AI call or AI SMS conversation, choose the agent version and sender, and map the variables your agent expects. Set the conversation result that should meet your goal.

Publish, simulate, then test
Complete the channel setup in Connections and publish a workflow version. Simulate the sequence, then test the conversation with a number you control.
Review conversations and their results
Tremi starts the conversation and records the provider’s verified events. For AI SMS, the transcript and completed analysis stay with the run; a configured conversation goal can stop the remaining outreach.

Use your own Retell account
You manage your Retell agents, prompts, sending permissions, and provider billing. Tremi coordinates calls and SMS conversations, records results, and retains SMS transcripts. Live AI SMS requires completed sender setup and activation. Tremi does not store call recording audio.
A live workflow start uses 1 Tremi credit. Each accepted attempt uses 1 more. An accepted AI SMS conversation counts once; replies add no Tremi conversation credits. Successful connected-app operations are additional. Provider usage is billed separately.
