Set up SendGrid
A SendGrid API key with the required sending and resource permissions, plus a verified sender identity.
Set up email in Connections- 1
Connect a Custom Access key
In Connections, choose SendGrid. Use the permission checklist to create a dedicated key; Tremi reviews its access before saving it.
- 2
Verify the Event Webhook
Let Tremi configure the signed Event Webhook when the key has permission, or complete the manual setup shown in Connections. Check that your verified sender is imported.
- 3
Publish the email attempt
Choose the sender, write the subject and message, and set the timing. Publish and simulate the workflow before sending a live test to an inbox you control.
See every message and its delivery status
Tremi sends through the connected SendGrid account and attaches processed, delivered, and bounce events to the same recipient run.
- The verified sender used for the attempt
- SendGrid deliverability events beside the email
- One result for the whole run

Use your own SendGrid account
You manage sender verification, sending reputation, content, consent, and SendGrid billing. Tremi coordinates the attempt and records deliverability events; a delivered email does not establish that a business goal was reached.
A live workflow start uses 1 Tremi credit. Each accepted attempt uses 1 more. An accepted AI SMS conversation counts once; replies add no Tremi conversation credits. Successful connected-app operations are additional. Provider usage is billed separately.
