Set up Twilio
Twilio account credentials, a Messaging Service, and a sending number configured for the destinations you intend to contact.
Follow the SMS/API guide- 1
Use a dedicated Twilio subaccount
Create a Messaging Service and number in the subaccount, then connect its Account SID and auth token in Tremi. An existing account is also supported with an explicit access review.
- 2
Set up callbacks and replies
Follow the webhook setup in Connections so Tremi can verify delivery callbacks and inbound replies. Confirm that the Messaging Service appears in Resources.
- 3
Add and test the SMS attempt
Choose the Messaging Service, write the message, and set reply and stop rules. Publish the workflow, simulate it, then send a live test to an authorized test number.
See every message and its delivery status
Tremi records the Twilio request, normalizes status callbacks and replies, checks suppressions, and decides whether a later attempt still belongs in the run.
- The Messaging Service selected for the run
- Delivery, failure, and reply events
- A fresh opt-out and suppression check before each later attempt

Use your own Twilio account
You manage Twilio registration, sending numbers, account balance, consent, and message content. Tremi checks current suppressions before dispatch and attaches replies and delivery evidence to the run.
A live workflow start uses 1 Tremi credit. Each accepted attempt uses 1 more. An accepted AI SMS conversation counts once; replies add no Tremi conversation credits. Successful connected-app operations are additional. Provider usage is billed separately.
